Every Question, Answered

Compliance is not a formality here. It is the architecture. Below you will find direct answers for enterprise partners and independent operators alike.

For Enterprise & Platform Partners

The network you need. The standards you require.

What exactly is ReguWise?

ReguWise is not a carrier. We operate as an asset-light logistics compliance and vetting network—purpose-built to serve enterprise tech platforms and critical cargo networks that demand credentialed, audit-ready operators without the overhead of a traditional fleet.

  • We maintain a bench of rigorously vetted, compliance-certified independent operators
  • No owned vehicles. No legacy fleet liability. No credentialing gaps
  • Our value is the standard we hold operators to—not the assets we own

When you deploy through ReguWise, you’re accessing a ready-to-integrate layer of human infrastructure that meets your compliance requirements before the first mile runs.

Every operator deployed through our network clears a multi-layer compliance stack before they’re eligible for a single dispatch:

  • TWIC Credentialing — Active Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TSA-issued)
  • TSA Security Threat Assessment (STA) — Full background and security clearance verification
  • HIPAA Compliance — Required for any route touching healthcare, pharmaceutical, or sensitive cargo
  • OSHA Standards — Occupational safety protocols observed across all operational environments
  • Uniform & Professional Conduct Standards — Enforced at the network level, not left to operator discretion
  • ReguWise Certification Program — Our proprietary 9-module curriculum completed before any operator is network-activated

This is not a checklist. It is the floor.

ReguWise is currently anchored in the Tampa Bay area with active expansion into three major Florida corridors:

  • Tampa Bay — Primary operational hub
  • Orlando — Strategic expansion market
  • Jacksonville — Strategic expansion market
  • Miami — Strategic expansion market

Florida-wide corridor coverage is the near-term foundation. Regional scale follows the network, not the other way around.

ReguWise operates on a platform-agnostic model by design.

  • We do not require you to adopt proprietary dispatch software or alter your existing tech stack
  • Our operators are trained to function within enterprise-grade routing, TMS, and network control environments
  • Onboarding integrates with your dispatch infrastructure—not around it
  • Whether you operate a custom platform or a major enterprise TMS, our operators arrive fluent in the operational language your system speaks

We fit into your network. You do not rebuild around ours.

For Independent Operators

Earn your place. Build your equity.

How do I qualify to join the ReguWise network?

Qualification is non-negotiable and consistent. To be considered for the network, you must meet all of the following prerequisites before any application is advanced:

  • Active TWIC Card — Current, valid, and unencumbered
  • TSA Security Threat Assessment (STA) Verification Capability — You must be able to clear a full STA background review
  • Professional Conduct Standard — Verifiable history of professional, client-facing operation
  • Clean, Inspectable Vehicle — Your equipment must meet presentation and functional standards on day one

Meeting the prerequisites opens the door to the ReguWise Certification Program. It does not bypass it.

The ReguWise Certification Program is a proprietary 9-module curriculum designed to elevate independent operators from compliant to elite. It is mandatory for all network operators and is completed before activation.

The curriculum includes advanced operational frameworks developed exclusively by ReguWise, including:

  • Documentation Before Assumption™ — A structured protocol for handling high-stakes cargo, access, and client interaction without ambiguity
  • Aviation Logistics & Terminal Fluency™ — Specialized training for operators deployed in or adjacent to aviation and air cargo environments

The full 9-module program covers compliance execution, professional conduct, cargo handling standards, communication protocols, and sector-specific operational fluency.

Certification is not a formality. It is the credential that makes you deployable in environments where most operators are disqualified on entry.

No. ReguWise operators are independent business professionals—not employees.

  • You operate under your own authority and manage your own compliance lifecycle
  • ReguWise does not dictate your schedule, control your business entity, or carry your operational liability
  • What we provide is access: to credentialed route opportunities, enterprise-grade platform partnerships, and a network infrastructure built around operators who meet the highest standards in the industry

You run your business. ReguWise expands where it can go.

ReguWise maintains high-velocity, on-demand dispatch capability—but that is not our primary model.

Our focus is the deployment of qualified operators as long-term anchors for dedicated routes:

  • Consistent, recurring route assignments tied to enterprise and platform partners
  • Predictable operational cadence over transactional, one-off loads
  • Relationships built around your reliability and compliance record within the network

Operators who perform become embedded. Embedded operators build sustainable route equity.

On-demand capacity exists. Dedicated route deployment is the standard we build toward.
