Legal & Compliance

Privacy Policy

The ReguWise privacy standard for operator vetting, credentialing,
intake, compliance records, and enterprise client data.

Policy Matrix

This Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and protection of information obtained through reguwise.net and through our independent operator vetting, credentialing, and intake processes. ReguWise Logistics LLC operates as an asset-light B2B logistics compliance and vetting network serving enterprise technology platforms and critical cargo networks. We do not operate consumer-facing tracking applications. This policy is intentionally narrow in scope — governing only the data we actually handle.

How We Use the Information

All data collected by ReguWise is used exclusively in support of legitimate operational and compliance functions:

  • Verifying operator credentials and federal compliance status prior to network placement
  • Managing and maintaining a credential-ready bench of qualified independent operators
  • Matching enterprise platform requirements with appropriately vetted operators
  • Maintaining audited chain-of-custody records for background check milestones and federal credentials
  • Communicating with enterprise clients regarding service delivery, contract execution, and compliance updates
  • Meeting regulatory obligations under applicable federal, state, and industry-specific frameworks

We do not use collected data for advertising, behavioural profiling, or any purpose unrelated to logistics compliance and operator network management.

Sharing and Disclosure

Data sharing is strictly limited to what is necessary for operational and regulatory compliance purposes:

  • Authorized Enterprise Clients & Platform Partners — Verified credential status and vetting outcome data is shared only with the specific enterprise clients or platform partners for whom an operator is being considered or deployed.
  • Regulatory Authorities — We disclose operator credential data to relevant federal and state authorities as required to maintain compliance with TSA, DOT/FMCSA, or other applicable regulatory mandates.
  • Vetted Third-Party Service Providers — Background check processors and credentialing verification vendors operating under binding data protection agreements.

No operator or client data is shared with unaffiliated third parties for commercial, marketing, or non-compliance purposes.

Data Security & Retention

ReguWise applies industry-standard security controls to all data in its custody, with heightened protocols for sensitive federal credentials and background check records:

  • Encryption in transit and at rest for all operator vetting and credential records
  • Access controls limiting data visibility to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis
  • Secure, auditable storage for TWIC, TSA STA, and background check milestone data
  • Regular review of vendor and partner security practices for all data processors

Retention.
Operator vetting and credential records are retained for the duration of the operator’s active engagement with the ReguWise network plus any period required by applicable law or regulatory obligation. Enterprise client contact data is retained for the duration of the business relationship and a reasonable period thereafter consistent with recordkeeping obligations. Upon request or at the conclusion of the applicable retention period, data is securely deleted or de-identified.
